However, objectively speaking, the development of technical standards is still far behind the development of industrial products and cannot meet the needs of the market, which is mainly reflected in:

1 Composite flexible packaging structures have developed rapidly, with dozens of kinds, and the existing standards only involve BOPP/LDPE, only/LDPE, etc., which cannot cover many other structures. In the third quarter of 2001, the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China (AQSIQ) conducted a supervision and random inspection on the quality of films and bags for food and drug packaging. Due to the lack of appropriate national standards, GB/t10005 1998, GB/10004 1998, GB/10003 1996 and relevant enterprise standards were finally adopted for testing. The national standard for general principles of composite membranes drafted by the professional committee of composite membranes with reference to jis1707 is about to be issued, which will strongly promote the development of the industry

2. The application scope of composite flexible packaging continues to expand. In addition to traditional medicine and food, composite flexible packaging bags are also widely used in pesticides, electronics, weapons, washing cosmetics and other industrial fields. According to different packaging contents and application fields, there are many requirements. It can be said that even in the field of food packaging, there are pasteurization, water cooking, 121 ℃ cooking, 135 ℃ cooking, microwave packaging Different applications such as vacuum packaging can derive a series of application technical requirements

3. Composite flexible packaging involves chemical plastic profiles, light industrial plastic products, plastic packaging and various application industries. There is a lack of coordination and unity among various industries, resulting in weak planning and unity of the standards. For example, there are national standards for cooking resistant packaging films and bags: GB/t10004 1998 and packaging industry standards: BB/t000394, but the requirements of the two standards for the same project are not consistent

4. There is no corresponding industry standard for raw and auxiliary materials of composite flexible packaging materials, such as various films, adhesives, solvents and additives, which is also an important factor hindering the healthy development of composite flexible packaging industry
